MDC Staffing LLC was established in 2010 by Michelle Ferguson Carlson, RDH.
Michelle has worked in several aspects of a dental office since beginning her career in dentistry in 1989. This includes general dental offices as well as specialty offices. A graduate from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 1993.
Working as a hygienist since 1993, Michelle has been able to bring her extensive clinical experience as a temporary and full-time employee to MDC Staffing LLC. The experience she’s gained has given her a unique perspective of the variety of needs in a dental practice.
